    Mr. Arun Joshi (Founder – Raj group of Companies):

    Introduction:

    Mr. Arun Joshi holds a degree in Management from Jodhpur University. He initially took on the mantle of his ancestral business with his elder brother after finishing his higher studies. Subsequently, he went on to start the Raj Group from scratch in the year 1993. He is single-handedly responsible for the meteoric rise of the Raj Group empire to the $200mn conglomerate it is today.

    History:

    Mr. Joshi started with a company dealing in office furniture that imported its basic raw materials from Germany. Though he then diversified into Food & Beverages followed by Real Estate, it was always Mr. Joshi's wish to expand into the Pharmaceutical Sector and touch and transform lives in a significant way. This led to the birth of the pharmaceutical arm of the group called 'Radiant Healthcare'.

    Vision:

    To build Raj Group into a $500mn entity from its current $200mn, in 5 years.

    Mission:

    Though highly successful in all his ventures, Mr. Joshi always felt the need to reach out to a larger audience in order to touch their lives more deeply. With his venture into the Healthcare sector, Mr. Joshi's vision for the future involves making inroads into niche products that save lives and empower people to lead better lives.

    Mr. Vinay Joshi (Executive Director - Raj Group of Companies)

    Introduction:

    In his early twenties and full of dynamism and initiation, Mr. Vinay Joshi, a Management graduate from LaTrobe University, Melbourne, is currently the Executive Director at Raj Group of Companies. He has been the driving force behind the diversification of the Group into Pharmaceuticals, and is also in charge of its marketing and manufacturing. Vinay set up a manufacturing unit at par with international standards to expand the market and counter competition in this segment.

    Vision:

    His vision has led to the expansion of the Group, not only domestically but also in South East Asia, the CIS Region and Latin America in just its first phase of operation. Vinay has chosen to operate in the niche segment of Inhalers, which are available in different dosage forms like MDI, DPI and Nebulisers. Since it is a niche and small segment, the potential for growth is tremendous and the aggressive pace set by Vinay is all set to take the new venture places.
